The season is over!  The kids both did great!!  Here are a few more soccer pictures.

First “Professional” Haircut

Avery got her first haircut, from someone other than her daddy.  She did really well.  Between the haircut and my friend, Mary, showing me different styles to do, Avery was in the chair for an hour.  The last thing Mary showed me how to do was a “squiggly bun,” which Avery loved and we left in for two days.

Halloween Happenings

We made our annual trip to Mabey’s Pumpkin Patch!!  The kids love getting to pick out their own pumpkins, which seem to get bigger each year.

We also went to Gardener Village, to do the Which Witch is Which, Witch Hunt. Dylan wasn’t feeling very festive that day!

The kids got to dress up for the ward Halloween party, their school parades and, of course, trick-or-treating.  They got an obscene amount of candy!  Avery is a mermaid and Dylan is a Red Power Ranger Samurai.

Fun Days at School

Earlier in the school year, Truman Elementary had Silly Sock Day and Crazy Hair Day.  Dylan loved participating and looked forward to both days!!  I love that his idea of Silly Socks was one black church sock and one regular sock!

These pictures are from their second game of the season.  I forgot my camera the first game and while I used my phone, I still don’t know how to get my pictures from my phone to my computer to blog them.  I will learn… someday!!
