Sense of Humor

Saturday, I asked Nathan to put up the Christmas tree.  When I came in the room, this is what I found!  I love that my husband can always make me laugh!!!

Thanksgiving Feast

Yesterday, at preschool, Miss Karen had a Thanksgiving Feast for the kids.  They also made turkeys out of toilet paper rolls.  It never ceases to amaze me the things one can make out of a toilet paper roll!!  I love the adorable hats she made for the kids.

Frankenstein Gets a Haircut

Avery finally gave her Frankenstein that she got from Miss Karen a haircut.  He was in serious need of it.

Good Job, Nathan!!

Recently, Nathan was recognized for being an outstanding employee and was sent to South Carolina to tour BMW’s Manufacturing Company and drive their various test tracks.  To say the least, he had a wonderful time.  He was also given a very nice, M series BMW watch.  I am so grateful I have a husband who loves his job and enjoys going to work each day!

He took videos of some of the drives he was a passenger for.  Here’s one of them!

Catching Up

I have to catch up on a few things.  First, Halloween.  I didn’t take very many pictures at all.  I have been having real problems with my sinuses, teeth, whatever, and pretty much have constant pain on the left side of my face.  Anyhow, on Halloween, the pain was really bad, as was the swelling, so I wasn’t feeling good.  I did make it to Dylan’s school parade.  The first picture is of his principal.

Some of the Beehives from the ward came trick-or-treating to our house.

Halloween 3

Also, we had our first snow on Saturday.  The kids had so much fun playing, especially when Nathan was shoveling the snow and throwing it on them.

Because of the snow we were unable to do our annual pumpkin shoot.  So, Nathan blew a few up during our Family Home Evening.  Unfortunately, I can’t get the videos to work, but I figured out why, so I won’t make the same mistake again…the next time I want to post a video.

November Book Club

This month we reviewed “The Giver” by Lois Lowry.  We had a great discussion about freedom, religion, life and death, and many other topics this book makes you consider.
